I don’t collect more information than I need, and I don’t do anything strange with it.
If you contact me whether by email or to book a session you’ll usually share your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell me about your situation. I use that information only to respond to you and to do the work you’ve asked me to do.
If you book a session, payments are handled through external providers such as Stripe, iDEAL, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. I don’t see or store your full payment details. Those are seen only by whatever provider you chose.
I use email, WhatsApp, or Signal, depending on what we agree on. These are third-party services, and they have their own privacy policies. I only use them to communicate with you directly about your session or question.
I don’t sell your data. I don’t share anything on this with others unless it’s processing a payment or communicating with you and only the absolute minimum required.
I may keep basic information for practical reasons like scheduling, communication, and simple record-keeping. Not longer than our single interaction. I don’t build profiles, and I don’t track your behaviour. As stated elsewhere, this is meant to be a “one and done” service.
This site may use simple analytics like how many people visit. Nothing that personally identifies you.
You’re free to ask what information I have about you, or to ask me to delete it. If you want that, just email me. I will do so.
Because of the nature of this work, I treat what you share with care and discretion. Nothing you bring to me is shared elsewhere. Full stop.
